    residents work alongside ICU providers, while FM residents

  on backup: General Surgery, Ortho Surgery, Gastro, Neurology,
  Cardiology, Nephrology, Hema/Oncology, Psychiatry (occasionally)

  procedures and 2 years for case logs for each: Chest tubes,
  Thoracentesis, Paracentesis, Lumbar puncture, and Bronchoscopy
