From your first conversation with our recruiting team to your first clinical shift, a dedicated Clinician Experience Specialist manages the administrative side of your transition. This includes credentialing guidance, certificate assistance, and a $2,500 start package to help ease the financial demands of entering practice.
Through SCP University, Clinical Leadership Onboarding, Medical Leadership Intensive, and structured mentor pairing, SCP Health provides ongoing development resources at every stage of your career. Yes. SCP Health pairs early-career clinicians with experienced attending physicians and medical directors who understand the transition you are navigating. Mentorship is built into the residency support program, not offered as an afterthought.
With more than 550 health programs across 29 states, SCP Health has the national breadth to place you in a new qualifying site without requiring you to start over with a new employer. Continuity within our organization is something we actively work to protect for our clinicians.
