ATLANTA, GA – Jan. 15, 2018 – Tolfree Foundation recently recognized Schumacher Clinical Partners (SCP) with the Grand Angel Philanthropic Award at the Foundation’s Shine On awards in West Branch, MI.
The Grand Angel Philanthropic Award recognizes individuals and organizations whose genuine and profound love of humanity excel in protecting, promoting, and uplifting the world through their extraordinary vision, leadership, compassion, and generosity.
The former Emergency Consultants, Inc., which merged with SCP in 2016, has served as the Emergency Department (ED) management partner at West Branch Regional Medical Center for the past 44 years and is a long-time Tolfree Foundation supporter. SCP’s expanded services model now enhances the hospital’s continuity of care through a new Hospital Medicine program as of March 2017, demonstrating SCP’s strong commitment to high-quality patient care and excellent customer service.
As stated in the Tolfree Foundation’s award program, SCP’s involvement with Tolfree Foundation over the last 25 years has positively impacted the community, improving patients’ lives far beyond the hospital bed. SCP has not only made generous contributions to the development of WMRH’s new ED, but continues to also provide ongoing funding to various initiatives within the community.
