Atlanta, GA – Apr. 5, 2022 — SCP Health (SCP) released their 2021 Annual Review, highlighting the company’s strategies to empower clinicians and revitalize health care over the past year. Amidst nationwide staffing shortages and patient surges, SCP amplified staffing and technology to support their partner hospitals, health systems, and virtual health clients.
In his Annual Review message, Enterprise Chief Medical Officer, Randy Pilgrim, MD, FACEP, recognized the resilience and strength of the SCP Health team in the face of the unique challenges over the past year, stating, “Our physicians, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants risked their own health and resilience – day after day – to be there for our patients. Together, we provided care to over 1.5 million patients affected by COVID, while also providing exceptional, every day, acute unscheduled care.”
SCP ended 2021 with strong and sustainable financial fundamentals. Such a financial performance led to an upgraded debt rating and continued investments in new partnership ventures and technology innovation.
