An emergency physician for over 30 years, Randy Pilgrim, MD, FACEP, FAAFP, has served in numerous leadership roles, advocating for federal and public policy issues that affect the emergency care patients receive now and in the future. Deeply committed to clinician development, he dedicates significant time to teaching and training the next generation of emergency medicine clinicians.
An award-winning speaker and four-term Chair of EDPMA’s Board of Directors, Dr. Pilgrim currently co-chairs ACEP’s Alternative Payment Model Task Force and EDPMA’s Federal Health Policy Committee while serving as the Enterprise Chief Medical Officer for SCP Health. Combining strategic vision with a deeply personal commitment to health care improvement, Dr. Pilgrim brings both expertise and humanity to all of his leadership roles.
