  • 26,300 Annual ED Volume
  • New ED with 24 Beds
  • 237 Hospital Beds
  • EMR Meditech w/ Dragon Speak
  • 24-Hours Physician Coverage
  • 20-Hours Advanced Practitioner Coverage on Monday-12-Hours
    Coverage Tues-Sun

  • Physician -BC/BE in EM-IM-FP: Must demonstrate minimum of 1500
    hours ER Exp within past 3 years

  • EM -Acute Care
  • 24-Hours Physician Coverage
  • Case Management, ICU, EEG, Diagnostic Radioisotope, Home Health,
    Hospice, L&D, MRI, Nuclear Medicine, Outpatient Surgery, Wound
    Care, Peds

Facility Information

Glenwood Regional Medical Center is a 278-bed, state-of-the-art hospital located in West Monroe, Louisiana. The hospital is a fully accredited DNV hospital. Glenwood offers comprehensive healthcare services using the most advanced medical technology. Services include emergency care, heart care, advanced surgical procedures, diagnostic imaging, maternity care, rehabilitation services, and help for a broad range of medical conditions.

West Monroe is a small town with big city amenities. The town offers a hometown feel, with low cost of living, and great schools. Located in the northeast corner of Louisiana, West Monroe is less than 100 miles east of Shreveport and a little over 200 miles north of Lafayette.
