Hospital Information:

  • 22K annual ED volume (Daily volume averages 65 patients per day)
  • 281 hospital beds
  • 16 ED beds
  • High admit percentage at 24%
  • Low transfer percentage: <2%
  • Wide variety of specialty services available


Physicians:

  • 24 hours physician coverage
  • Completed Residency in EM, IM, FP & GS-with EM experience
  • AL EMS, ACLS, ATLS


Nurse Practitioners/Physician Assistants:

  • 12 hrs of NP/PA Coverage
  • EM Experience as a NP/PA
  • ACLS/ATLS

Riverview Regional Medical Center opened its doors back in 1931, and it has been providing leading healthcare services since. The hospital offers numerous patients from surrounding areas innovative treatments, advanced technology and compassionate healthcare. The hospital was ranked as top performer for having quality measures by the Joint Commission and it was named as one of the top 15 health systems by Truven Health Analytics.
