Meet Jill Hunt, PA-C

After three decades in leadership, from managing PepsiCo restaurants to overseeing 1,400+ nurse practitioners and physician assistants, Jill Hunt brings an authenticity to health care leadership that’s both refreshing and rare. She’s the executive who never stopped seeing patients, the former corporate manager who chose medicine as her second career, and the passionate advocate who refuses to let titles define her impact.

Hunt’s journey from boardroom to bedside and back again gives her a unique lens on health care’s biggest challenge: a system so complex that the people who need care most can’t navigate it. Whether she’s mentoring the next generation of PAs at Touro University, advocating for appropriate scope of practice, or working a shift in her local emergency department after 20 years, Hunt leads with the same driving principle—health care should work for everyone, not just those who understand the system.
