  • 21K annual ED volume
  • 150 hospital beds
  • 9 ED & fast track beds
  • 4 ICU beds
  • 24 hour physician coverage
  • 10 hour NP/PA coverage
  • Level III trauma center
  • Specialty backup
  • EMR Cerner

Facility Information

Ochsner Acadia General Hospital - American Legion Post 15 is a 150-bed, non-profit hospital, part of Ochsner Lafayette General Health system. The hospital provides acute medical and surgical care, obstetric, gynecology, pediatric, orthopedic, otolaryngology, cardiac, nephrology, ophthalmology, oncology, emergency services, vein therapy, wound care and hyperbaric medicine.

This historic town offers many amenities, affordable cost of living, and plenty of options for public and private schools. Crowley is less than half an hour west of Lafayette and 1.5 hours west of Baton Rouge.
