Client

A 4-hospital system located in a metro market in the Southeast, part of the largest faith-based health system in the country, employing Hospitalists (HM), Critical Care clinicians (CCM), and various subspecialty groups.

Challenge

The health system’s strategy is to employ their hospital-based practices, but faced common resource constraints hindering their ability to successfully deploy the appropriate infrastructure, systems, reporting, and personnel needed to reach their goals.   They partnered with SCP to enhance documentation and coding compliance and downstream revenue cycle performance, while simultaneously reducing the administrative burden on their clinicians to maximize their time spent with patients.
